How far ahead of pickup time should I make my reservation?

Chauffeur availability can be guaranteed 2 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 1 hour before the required pick-up time can be requested but a Chauffeur may not be available. Nonetheless, in these instances, Atlas Corporate Cars will make the best attempts at providing a Chauffeur.

How do we find a Chauffeur after our flight arrives?

Our Chauffeurs will meet their passengers in the arrivals area inside the airport. Chauffeurs will hold a sign board with the passenger name and flight number on it.

What happens if the flight is delayed?

We check all flight arrival times with the airlines. Should the flight land earlier or later then scheduled, the Chauffeur will be there. 

At what point is my credit card charged?

Once a booking is made, the credit card details are held as security. Upon completion of your journey the credit card will be charged.

Can I smoke in your cars?

Please respect our Chauffeur's health and do not smoke in our cars.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Atlas Corporate Cars accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. Additionally, cash and Cabcharge payments can be made directly to your Chauffeur. Cheques will only be accepted for invoice payments.

Is it possible to pay for the journey by cash instead of using the credit card details that were provided with the reservation?

Yes, this is cetainly possible. Cash payments will be accepted by our Chauffeurs.
